Take Autostrada A1 Highway (the green highway signs)towards FIRENZE. Exit FIRENZE SIGNA. TaKe the Superstrada (the blue SGC signs) for FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO (or FI-PI-LI). Exit PONSACCO, once you’ve exited, follow the signs for PONSACCO/CASCIANA TERME, taking you through the locality LE MELORIE. Follow the instructions below from Ponsacco:

From Pisa: (20 minutes)

Take the Superstrada (the blue SGC signs) towards Firenze. Exit PONSACCO, once you’ve exited, follow the signs for PONSACCO/CASCIANA TERME, taking you through the locality LE MELORIE. Follow the instructions below from Ponsacco:

From Florence: (50 minutes)

Take the Superstrada (the blue SGC signs) towards Pisa-Livorno. Exit PONSACCO, once you’ve exited, follow the signs for PONSACCO/CASCIANA TERME, taking you through the locality LE MELORIE. Follow the instructions below from Ponsacco:

From Ponsacco: (10 minutes)

Entering PONSACCO follow indicators for CASCIANA TERME (or CASCIANA T). At the first round-about, go RIGHT towards CASCIANA T. At the second round-about, go towards the RIGHT again. At the third round-about, go around to the LEFT. At the T intersection, go RIGHT, following the brown sign for CASCIANA T. Go STRAIGHT, passing a sign for Volterra.

Turn LEFT at the brown sign for CASCIANA T (it will be on the left-hand side of the road). Stay in the left-turn lane and go LEFT at the sign for CASCIANA TERME.

Loop around and turn RIGHT at the blue sign for CASCIANA T. (you’ll pass under a bridge). Drive straight for about 2 KM, and you will approach the locality of LA CAPANNINA. Watch for the Shell Gas station on the left hand side, and shortly after, you’ll see a blue sign on the right for RIPOLI, then turn RIGHT (there is a pink house with green shutters on your left side).

Follow the winding road up the hill. As you pass the Village of RIPOLI (a small group of houses), watch for the small blue VILLA DELIA sign on your right and turn RIGHT onto the gravel road (the sign is hard to spot so watch for a few garbage bins on your left and an orange, children-crossing sign at the point where you need to turn). Follow the road, keeping to the left-hand side when you reach the fork in the road. Villa Delia is the last house on the left. Enter through the wrought iron gates into the gravel driveway.
