Packages consist of 9 nights including deluxe accommodation, continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner, cooking classes, incredible afternoon excursions and transfers to and from Pisa International Airport.

Cooking classes will consist of 7 of the 10 days. Classes will be instructed by resident chef Marietta Menghi (Umberto’s sister) with some courses instructed with Umberto Menghi or other regional chef’s in our Professional Cooking School. The course will specialize in Pasta, Tuscan Bread Making, Cucina Povera (local Food) and General Tuscan Cuisine.

Mornings begin with a cooking class. The meal prepared during the class is then served for that day's lunch. In the afternoon, excursions will be to such places as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Sangimignano Chianti Region and other areas, as well as visits to local markets, cultural centres and wine tastings.

All of the cooking classes at Villa Delia provide a unique and unforgettable experience of the tastes and life of Tuscany.
